    If you need the invoice issued to your organization, university, or institution, select the option below. Otherwise, your personal information will be used.

    Letter of invitation (Visa purposes)

    The Organizing Committee of EUROCK2026 can provide a Letter of Invitation for visa purposes. Letters are issued only after payment is received. Please check in advance if you need a visa to enter North Macedonia (more info).

    Early Bird Registration (until 30.04.2026)

    For a detailed breakdown of what each registration tier includes, visit the Registration Information page. Workshops and additional events carry separate fees. Until 30.04.2026 we have Early bird fees on ISRM Non-member and ISRM member fee (delegate price).

    Additional Events

    18th and 19th of September we have two events planned, the participation is not included in the registration fee. Read more about each event here.

    Group / Discount Code

    Companies registering three or more delegates can enter their provided group code to unlock a 10% discount on the registration fee. Click Apply Code to validate the discount.

    Discounts apply to the base registration fee only.
